At Ounsdale we have high expectations and set high standards in terms of achievement, attitude and commitment. We are proud of the successes that our students have achieved in public examinations, in the arts, in sport and in the community and work hard to ensure continuous improvement.

We aim to provide our students with essential skills for learning as well as knowledge and understanding and creativity in particular is extremely important to us. We believe that by encouraging our students to be creative and skilled learners they are developing skills that will be invaluable to them – today and in the future.

The school is at a particularly exciting stage of development. We have set ourselves challenging targets for this year and produced an ambitious School Improvement Plan to ensure these are achieved. For our students this will mean even greater opportunities for enjoyment and success.
